本公司为克服传统水流量开关的弊病，开发了新一代的压差式水流控制开关，并荣获国家专利。

传统的水流量开关分为浮子式和翻板式，在使用中会有以下问题：

1、水流开关使用中接在主回路中（如图），主机流量受水流开关口径的制约。

2、水流开关在使用中受水质影响大，浮子式和翻板式使用过程中会展沾上附着物，使启动流量偏移，会造成热水器频繁动作。

3、水流开关是通过水推动的，靠自身重力下落，会有卡死而无法关闭。

压差式水流控制开关工作原理：压差开关分进水端和出水端。

正常情况下阀门关闭时压差开关进水端和出水端承受的压力一致，压差式水流控制开关关闭，当客户打开阀门时压差式水流控制开关进水端大于出水端压力；进水端和出水端行程一个压差值，开关接通，热水器开始工作。

本公司压差式水流控制开关只检查热水器进水端和出水端的压力差，不影响主回路压力，不受水质和流量的影响，彻底解决了水流量开关的弊病，是代替传统水流量开关的理想产品。
